Why it was fast
Two things: Trustly and finished KYC. The operator says Instant Bank Transfer processes deposits and withdrawals instantly on supported banks. My request still spent 24 minutes waiting for approval, which is a manual check, then 21 minutes on the bank side.
What slows a withdrawal
The first payout is where delays happen.
